Key Duties:
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, to defend insurance clients in litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and analysis on insurance coverage issues, liability disputes, and relevant case law to support case strategies.
Prepare and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission, in insurance defense cases.
Assist in preparing clients and witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trials related to insurance claims and disputes.
Evaluate case files to assess liability, damages, and potential settlement options in insurance defense matters.
