Job description
Gotion Inc. is building a manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL and seeks an Associate Director, Module & Pack Rework to lead end-to-end rework operations for lithium-ion battery modules and packs.
You will drive safety, quality, and throughput while scaling the organization, staffing, and processes to support high-volume production.
