Westco Financial Group is a Comprehensive Wealth Management firm based in Lynbrook, NY, comprised of four companies specializing in different financial sectors. Westco offers custom investment plans, financial planning, income tax planning, and access to the general securities market.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Financial Advisor/Tax Preparer.
Assist senior team with: Preparation of client work, client meetings, investment research, financial planning and insurance, business development, independent/financial advisor recruiting, tax preparation.
Salary, bonus, commission on licenses sales, full medical and retirement plan offered
Qualifications
Looking for a self-motivated, self-directed, entrepreneurial person
Income Tax preparation experience a plus, ready to train
Strong computer skills in word, excel, power point, publisher, outlook
Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to interpret large amounts of data and multi-task, strong analytical and xhqgsiq critical thinking skills, teamwork skills and ability to make decisions
Prior related internship or work experience is preferred
Bachelor’s degree, MBA/MS degree or in progress, securities license or ability to obtain within first 90 days
