Job description
AES is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to lead tax equity and debt financing transactions within the Renewables & Power group. The role focuses on project finance for solar, wind, and storage, with risk management and coordination with outside counsel.
The candidate will provide strategic guidance to senior management, structure and negotiate complex financing agreements, and support corporate financing initiatives across AES’s global portfolio.
