nApplicants must have a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, and a willingness to learn. Although not required, mechanical aptitude and automotive repair experience is a plus.

n nResponsibilities
nAs a technician trainee, you will learn to professionally install auto glass in accordance with the AGRSS™ Standard. Your trainer and mentor will teach you all the techniques the pros use to complete safe, high quality auto glass installations with a focus on personal safety and outstanding customer service. After the intensive four month training program, you will have the opportunity to work on your own with the potential to make top dollar with our lucrative bonus plan.
nQualifications
nnnMechanical ability and aptitude
n
nnAbility to work independently with little to no supervision
n
nnValid Driver’s License
n
nnComplete a criminal background check
n
nnAbility to lift and carry large, heavy objects (up to 75 pounds)
n
nnAutomotive experience is preferred but not required.
n
nnMust be able to complete background check/MVR and drug screening process.
n
