The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to provide outstanding support to automotive dealerships in Bowie, Maryland. In this role, you'll spend approximately 80% of your time on‑site, delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction with our software.
You will undergo extensive training at our offices in Houston, TX, and Dayton, OH, followed by travel for ongoing support.
