Job description
Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to motivate the team, drive sales and ensure customer success with integrity. The role requires strong store systems knowledge, automotive parts expertise, and the ability to lead DIY and professional customer engagement.
The position is exempt, with a long work schedule (50–55 hours/week) and rotating nights/weekends. Expect coaching, inventory control, P&L review, and a focus on profitability across the store.
