Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, train, and develop the sales team
Set and achieve monthly and annual sales and gross profit goals
Deliver a fair, transparent, and exceptional customer buying experience
Manage new and used vehicle inventory, merchandising, and sales campaigns
Maximize Ford factory incentives and sales programs
Monitor salesperson productivity, CSI, and performance
Partner with F&I, Service, and Parts to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain compliance with state licensing, advertising, and dealership requirements
Manage department expenses and report results to the General Manager
Qualifications
4+ years of automotive sales / sales management experience preferred
Previous sales management or supervisory experience preferred
Proven track record of sales and team leadership
Strong coaching, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Knowledge of vehicle inventory, gross profit, and dealership operations
Valid driver's license and insurance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
