Automotive Technician – Hyundai & Kia | 3+ Years Experience | Richmond Region
$20–$55 Per Flat Rate Hour · Employee-Owned · Climate-Controlled Shop

Compensation
$20.00–$55.00 per flat rate hour (based on experience and certification level)

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
The Work
You'll diagnose and repair Hyundai and Kia vehicles — advanced diagnostics, electrical and drivability troubleshooting, engine and transmission work, brakes, suspension, steering, and HVAC. Plus factory-recommended maintenance and multi-point inspections.
You'll work in CDK, document your findings clearly for the service advisors, and use current scan tools and factory repair information. If you want hybrid and EV work, we have it — Ioniq, Tucson Hybrid, Sportage Hybrid, and EV6 all come through this shop.
Requirements:
What you need:
3+ years of automotive repair experience as a technician, service technician, diagnostic technician, or mechanic
Solid diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with import vehicles
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
What helps:
Hyundai or Kia dealership experience and factory certification
ASE certifications — A-series or Master
Virginia State Inspection license
ADAS calibration and hybrid/EV experience
CDK experience
