Handle tire mounting/dismounting, balancing, rotations, steering and suspension wear-item replacement, and fluid flushes with appropriate oversight.

Perform basic diagnostics with guidance (noise/vibration, brakes, starting/charging, code retrieval, and scan data), and escalate complex driveability, electrical, intermittent, or safety-critical concerns to a senior or lead technician.

Follow repair procedures—including torque specifications, bleed procedures, and post-repair checks—and request verification when required by policy or experience level.

Conduct State Safety and Emission Inspections in applicable locations, ethically and in line with all company and state guidelines.

Communicate findings, needed approvals, and repair status to Store Managers and Service Advisors, and document recommendations in the customer record to support clear communication.
