Job description
Koniag Data Solutions (KDS) is seeking an AV/VTC Engineer to support the USDA customer in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on engineering, operating, and maintaining complex AV systems that keep remote teams connected and productive.
Responsibilities include designing conference spaces, configuring Crestron/AMX panels, managing Cisco Meeting Server and VCS, and delivering Tier 2/3 support with strong documentation and customer service skills.
