Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service, taking food and beverage orders, and delivering them in a professional and friendly manner Operate the cash register, accurately processing payments and handling cash Maintain a solid knowledge of menu items and daily specials, offering suggestions to guests and looking for opportunities to "up-sell" Ensure food safety by following proper procedures, including labeling, dating, and checking temperatures of products Keep work area clean, sanitized, and well-stocked following Southern Nevada Health District guidelines Ensure patrons have a positive, enjoyable experience with exceptional service Minimum Qualifications: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays Cash handling experience and proficiency with payment processing Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to obtain required work cards (TAM & Health) Disclaimer: Please note that this job description may not encompass all the duties, responsibilities, skills, and abilities required for the position.
