Job description
incident.io is seeking a results-driven BDR/SDR leader to scale our sales engine from the San Francisco office. You will hire, train, and develop a high-potential team, set performance plans, and partner with marketing, product, and rev ops to keep the funnel healthy.
The role owns the pipeline, designs an in-house training program, and builds career paths into GTM functions. We prize AI fluency and a bias for action in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.
