EMPACT-SPC is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical oversight for staff, contract practitioners, and psychiatrists. You will review treatment procedures, ensure evidence-based care, and supervise program managers to maintain high-quality outpatient services.
You will lead policy development, quality assurance, and budgeting efforts while building community partnerships and pursuing new program opportunities. A strong adherence to ethics and crisis management is essential.
