Job description

Primo Brands in Hollis, ME is seeking an Operations Manager for a 24/7 bottling plant. The role reports to the Factory Manager and leads a cross-functional team to drive safety, quality and productivity.

You will partner with Planning, Quality, Transportation, Maintenance and Warehouse to maximize output, execute TPM, coach frontline staff, and ensure on-time customer deliveries while managing budgets and KPIs.
