Job Location: Citizens Unit - Hampton, VA 23661
Salary Range: $13.00 - $15.00 Hourly
Job Purpose
Maintain close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain or interpret guidelines/instructions; instruct, and advise/counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a range of programs and day-to-day activities.
Establish program objectives consistent with organizational goals, standards, and mission.
Encourage member participation in program activities and offer constructive feedback.
Demonstrate leadership to assure conduct, safety, and growth of members.
Qualifications
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience
Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenGroup leadership skills, including an understanding of group dynamics
Demonstrated organizational, staff, and project management abilities
Preferred Experience
1 year of experience in childcare
Required Skills and Abilities
