Job description
Jenson USA, Riverside HQ, seeks a Bike Build Lead to oversee the Bike Build team in collaboration with the Service Manager. You will coach, train, and develop staff while maintaining build quality and efficiency in a fast-paced online bike retailer environment.
This full-time role requires a 4/10 schedule with Sundays through Wednesdays, standing for 10 hours, and lifting up to 70 lbs. A strong bicycle knowledge base is essential.
