Bilingual Custom Mill WorkersGreensboro, North CarolinaJob Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Custom Mill Worker to join a leading door and window distribution company in Greensboro, NC. This position is responsible for accurately measuring, moving, staging, and processing doors and windows to meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate has strong measurement skills, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable handling large building products in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred but not required.Key Responsibilities:Measure doors, windows, and related building materials accurately using tape measures and work ordersMove, stage, and organize doors, windows, and materials throughout the warehouse and production areasRead and interpret customer orders, specifications, and measurementsInspect products for quality, damage, and order accuracy before shipmentAssist with custom modifications and preparation of products according to customer requirementsLoad and unload materials safely while preventing product damageMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWork closely with team members to meet daily production and shipping goalsFollow all company safety policies and proceduresRequired Qualifications:Previous warehouse, millwork, building materials, door, or window experience preferredAbility to accurately use a tape measure and read measurementsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to lift and move 50+ pounds regularlyAbility to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftAbility to read and understand work instructions in EnglishStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSteel-toe shoes requiredMust complete hiring processMust meet background screening requirementsMust successfully complete a drug screeningMust be able to interview with the clientPreferred Qualifications:Bilingual English/SpanishExperience working with doors, windows, millwork, or building materialsOrder processing or order fulfillment experienceExperience reading specifications, dimensions, and material listsCore Competencies:Measurement AccuracyTape Measure UsageMaterial HandlingDoors & WindowsBuilding MaterialsOrder FulfillmentQuality InspectionWarehouse OperationsAttention to DetailProduct StagingSafety ComplianceTeamworkCommunicationTime ManagementReliabilityAdditional Benefits:Temp-to-Hire OpportunityMonday-Friday ScheduleCompetitive Pay Based on ExperienceCareer Growth OpportunitiesStable Full-Time EmploymentLong-Term Career Potential
