Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other channels.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system (Dynamics 365).
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve complex customer cases.
Monitor customer service performance and recommend improvements based on feedback and trends.

Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via various channels.
Resolve issues professionally, maintaining high satisfaction.
Update customer records in CRM (Dynamics 365).
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
Monitor and improve customer service performance.
Logistics Coordination
Plan and monitor inbound and outbound logistics.
Manage shipping schedules and delivery tracking.
Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers and warehouses.
Handle logistics documentation.
Identify process improvements to reduce costs.
Dein Profil / Ihr Profil
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in office management, customer service, or logistics.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM, ERP, WMS.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Experience with international shipping and customs (plus).
Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Multilingual in English & Spanish.
Certifications in logistics, supply chain, or customer service (preferred).
