EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Food Manufacturing plant in San Jose is looking for Trainer who can supervise and focus on production and safety training. bilingual in Vietnamese.
Responsibilities
Supervise and focus on production and safety training.
Closing factory, working with managers and supervisors to make the video training in Vietnamese and English for all areas in factory.
Qualifications
bilingual in Vietnamese
Line and batch machine operation
Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Calm and polite manner under high pressure environment
People skills
Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and bend
