Job description
FlexStaff is seeking a bilingual Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) Assistant Director of Patient Services to join our client’s Licensed Home Care Services Agency clinical leadership team in Flushing, NY. The role oversees day-to-day clinical operations, supervises nursing staff, and ensures regulatory adherence.
The ideal candidate will have a NYS RN license, 3+ years nursing experience including home health, and strong leadership skills while working in a hybrid schedule.
