Job PostingJob Duties & ResponsibilitiesConfer with customers by telephone and email to collect on delinquent accountsRecords information about financial status of customer & status of collection effortsReviews collection reports on daily basisDaily billing process (Billing customer for freight charges)Outgoing mailScanning documentsQualifications and ExperienceGreat computer skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills; telephone communication is a mustMust be able to read, analyze and interpret both verbal & written communications.
