CENTER-BASED BCBA – Fall River, MA

ABA Center | Flexible Scheduling | Manageable Caseload

A Career You Love Without Giving Up What You Live For

You became a BCBA to make a difference and not to spend your life buried in paperwork, rushing between clients, or carrying a caseload that leaves you feeling burned out.

At Bay Coast Behavioral, we've built something different.

You’ll have the support, resources, and autonomy you need to do your best work while still having time for the people and things that matter outside of work.

We're a privately owned, clinician-led practice, which means our clinical decisions are made by people who understand the work. We value collaboration, professional growth, flexibility, and treating our clinicians like the professionals they are.

Work/Life Balance That Actually Means Something

We believe flexibility shouldn't just be something written in a job advertisement.

Where the needs of the program allow, we offer flexible scheduling and alternative schedule options , including the potential for a four-day work weeks.

Why BCBAs Choose Bay Coast

A Caseload You Can Actually Manage

You shouldn't have to choose between seeing more clients and providing better care.

Our program is structured around a manageable caseload of approximately 5–6 clients , allowing you to spend your time where it matters most: working with clients, supporting your team, and providing quality clinical care.

Competitive Compensation

We believe BCBAs should be compensated according to their education, experience, and the value they bring to our clients and team.

Base salary: $80,000–$120,000 , based on experience and qualifications, with additional opportunities for performance-based compensation.

Spanish and Portuguese-speaking clinicians may be eligible for additional compensation.

Professional Growth Without Pressure

Your development shouldn't stop when you receive your certification.

Bay Coast Behavioral provides opportunities for:

Continuing education and CEU funding

Licensure and professional development support

Mentorship and clinical collaboration

Opportunities for advancement

Leadership opportunities as our programs continue to grow

Full-time BCBAs receive:

Medical, dental, and vision insurance

401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution

Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time

Continuing education and tuition assistance

Retention bonuses at 1, 3, and 5 years

Wellness benefits

Additional benefits and employee perks

We're continually looking for ways to provide benefits that make a meaningful difference in our employees' lives—not simply check boxes on a benefits sheet.

What You’ll Do

As a Center-Based BCBA, you'll provide clinical leadership and support within our Dartmouth ABA Center while working collaboratively with clients, families, RBTs, and other members of the treatment team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting behavioral assessments

Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans

Providing clinical supervision and support to RBTs and other direct-care staff

Monitoring client progress and making data-driven treatment decisions

Collaborating with families and other members of the treatment team

Providing training, guidance, and clinical mentorship

Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

Supporting high-quality, ethical, person-centered care

The majority of your work will take place at our Dartmouth center , with limited in-home services or other community-based responsibilities when clinically necessary.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a BCBA who is:

Currently certified as a BCBA and/or licensed as a LABA in Massachusetts

A graduate of a master's-level program in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Experienced in behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision

Committed to evidence-based, person-centered care

A strong communicator and collaborative team member

Interested in growing professionally while helping us build something great

Newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply. We value experience, but we also recognize that great clinicians have to start somewhere. Our team provides mentorship and support as you develop your clinical skills.

Still Working Toward Your BCBA?

If you have completed your master's degree and are working toward BCBA certification, we'd still like to hear from you.

We can provide supervision and clinical support toward your certification requirements , depending on your qualifications and circumstances.

Why Bay Coast Behavioral?

We're not a national corporation with a one-size-fits-all approach.

We're a growing, privately owned and clinician-led organization where the people doing the work have a voice in how we do it.

We believe that great clinical care starts with taking care of the people providing it.

If you're looking for a BCBA position where you can do meaningful work, maintain your professional independence, grow as a clinician, and still have a life outside of work, we'd love to meet you.

EEO STATEMENT

Bay Coast Behavioral is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to providing a welcoming and respectful workplace and consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other legally protected status.
