Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Winter Haven

As a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying flexible hours, a supportive environment, and competitive hourly pay. Admin, RBT support, and scheduling help

Cases across Orlando Private Schools and nearby homes

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments

Develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation

Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development

Optional: Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS)

Qualifications and Requirements:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)

Active Medicaid license (required)

Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA preferred (newly certified BCBAs welcome)

Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards

Effective communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) while being team-oriented

Reliable transportation to school and home-based client locations

Passion for providing high-quality care to children and families

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Benefits: Continuing education credits, flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, professional development assistance, referral program

License/Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required), Active Medicaid Provider License (Required)

Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
