The Trellis Center at KidsTLC is looking for a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team.

What You'll Do
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans, goals, and programming
Design and oversee data-driven ABA interventions
Provide case management for assigned clients
Monitor progress and adjust programming based on client needs
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and supervisees
Participate in meetings, training, and professional development
Collaborate with BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, and other clinical professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Provide direct client support as needed
What We're Looking For
Current BCBA certification and applicable licensure
Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA methodologies
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Desire to teach, mentor, and support children, families, and team members
Ability to work full-time hours
