The Role
This is a part-time, in-office role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Office Manager position for the right person. You’ll work side-by-side with our founder, learning the ins and outs of accounting services, operations, and client care.
Your Responsibilities May Include:
Assisting with bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online Managing documents and client communications
Tracking tasks and deadlines for multiple clients
Supporting payroll, accounts payable, and data entry workflows
Learning new systems quickly and applying that knowledge to real client work
Helping refine internal processes and documentation
Jumping into odd jobs that need a detail-loving brain and a big heart
Who Are You
:
Exceptionally organized with natural follow-through Communicative, friendly, and able to handle client interactions professionally
Eager to learn accounting tools, workflows, and problem-solving techniques
Comfortable asking questions and even more comfortable finding your answers
Not afraid of saying “I don’t know”—as long as it’s followed by “but I’ll find out.”
Tech-savvy enough to navigate Gmail, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack without handholding
Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with care
Nice-to-Haves (but not required):
Familiarity with QuickBooksOnline Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative support Comfortable with data entry and reconciling numbers No Accounting Degree? That’s okay. We care more about your work ethic and your willingness to learn than a framed piece of paper.
