Key Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable.• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.• Process payroll and track employee expenses.• Maintain general ledger accuracy and support month-end close.• Prepare basic financial statements and reports.• Assist with budgeting, tax preparation, and audits as needed.
Core Competencies • 3+ years of bookkeeping or small business accounting experience.• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
Location: Nappanee, INSchedule: Full-time, Monday–FridayCompensation: $47,840–$58,240 annually
