The House of Creed in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Operational Lead to manage daily store operations, drive customer experience, and lead the Creed Sales Team toward achieving store goals. This role supports inventory, merchandising, and events to promote ICP brands and presell activities.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in luxury retail with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a readiness to lift up to 25 lbs as needed in a boutique environment.
