Job description
Press Brake Operator – Conway, ARManufacturing company in Conway is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator. Minimum pay is $17/hour, depending on experience. Day and night shifts are available. At least 2 years of experience preferred. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and pass a drug screening.Responsibilities:Set up and operate equipment for shearing, punching, bending, assembly, and welding.Read blueprints and follow job/routing instructions.Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools.Load, maintain, and change tooling, fixtures, and jigs.Handle, package, and move materials as needed.Complete production and quality documentation.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Meet established production, quality, and efficiency standards.Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, flexibility, and strong attention to detail.Lift up to 50+ lbs.
