Job description
The YMCA of Greater New York is seeking a Manager on Duty (MOD) at the Cross Island YMCA to lead branch operations and deliver a high-quality member experience.
You will oversee service, risk management, staffing, and emergency procedures, build relationships with members and staff, and ensure timely incident reporting and safety rounds during shifts. This role requires a High School Diploma (preferred), CPR/AED certification, and MOD training within three months of hire.
