Job description
JPMorganChase in Morristown, NJ seeks a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences and precise transaction handling. You will lead daily branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and audits while guiding the team to exceed service expectations.
The role requires at least 1+ year of retail banking experience and flexibility to work weekends/evenings; travel is not a primary requirement.
