Job description
Summary
Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees while serving as a brand ambassador to deliver a positive customer experience. Provide both security and back of house operations support, partnering with store management to protect assets and support sales and service goals.
Responsibilities
Serve as first point of contact and represent the brand during customer interactions.
Support store sales by deepening client relationships and driving loyalty.
Perform security duties to deter theft and respond to incidents and emergencies.
Follow and enforce security systems procedures including alarm tests and inspections.
Carry out opening and closing procedures and other operational tasks.
Assist with facilities repairs and communicate issues to the store team.
Complete required reports and follow incident management program procedures.
Requirements
High school diploma.
Basic computer skills.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays.
Experience in retail or security environments preferred.
Minimum one year prior security related experience preferred.
