Industrial Electrician$40.00-$48.00/hour1st Shift7:00am-3:30pmQps Employment Group is hiring an Industrial Electrician for a company in Ixonia, WI. This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift.Industrial Electrician Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including motors, conveyors, and lightingTroubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtimeRead and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics to ensure proper installation and repairsPerform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systemsEnsure compliance with safety standards and electrical codesCollaborate with maintenance and production teams to address equipment and process needsDocument work performed, including maintenance records and repair logsIndustrial Electrician Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentFormal training or certification in electrical systems preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in food productionKnowledge of electrical systems ranging from 24 to 480 voltsProficiency in using hand tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic devicesStrong understanding of safety protocols and electrical codesPrimarily in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperaturesMay involve working at heights, in confined spaces, or with electrical systems under powerPersonal protective equipment must be worn as requiredIND103Qps Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
