Pandora is seeking a Sales Lead to immerse in our brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences in-store. You will support Managers and Sales Associates to drive success and coach the team to meet KPI goals.
The role requires a results-oriented seller with 2+ years of experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes base + bonus and comprehensive benefits.
