Brand & Experience Coordinator

Pay Range: $23.50-$26.50
Location: Fully onsite in Chandler, AZ
The Role
The Brand & Experience Coordinator owns the day-to-day experience of our teammates and helps elevate the energy, organization, and professionalism of our headquarters. This role sits at the intersection of brand, culture, and people—supporting everything from onboarding to office tasks and leadership logistics.
This is an entry-level role with high visibility and real ownership. We are not looking for a traditional admin or office manager. We're looking for someone with a vibrant personality, strong communication skills, can-do attitude and pride in creating great experiences for others.
What You'll Own
Teammate Experience & Culture
Own and enhance the day-to-day teammate experience at HQ
Help plan and support office culture initiatives, lunches, celebrations, and internal events
Bring positive energy, warmth, and consistency to the workplace
New Employee Onboarding
Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires
Prepare, organize, and ship new-employee welcome packets
Help ensure every new teammate feels welcomed, supported, and excited on day one
Brand & First Impressions
Serve as a welcoming presence for guests, vendors, and teammates
Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-aligned office environment
Help ensure the office reflects Axis standards and culture
Leadership & Travel Coordination
Coordinate hotels and travel logistics for leadership
Assist with office coordination and logistics such as purchasing office supplies or team apparel
Support facility management such as pest control, inventory, etc.
What We're Looking For

Strong communication and organizational skills
Naturally detail-driven and dependable
Brand-aware—you care how things look, feel, and are experienced
Comfortable supporting leaders and interacting with teammates at all levels
A proactive self-starter that can manage and balance multiple tasks at once
Someone who is comfortable working in a multi-faceted role
Excited to grow, learn, and take ownership in a fast-growing company
No management experience required. Backgrounds in hospitality, events, customer service, retail, or office coordination are a plus—but not required.

You're Guaranteed Top-Tier Benefits: At Axis, we prioritize the well-being of you and your family by covering 100% of the monthly premiums for full-time employees' medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance.
