Job description
WHBM in Holland, MI is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while delivering hospitality-driven, personalized customer experiences. You’ll set the tone for achieving goals, coach teammates, and support scheduling, merchandising, and cash-handling duties on the sales floor.
The role requires 2 years of retail management experience (preferred), strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
