Job description
Sconza Candy Company is seeking a Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy to own the marketing roadmap and elevate our brands. This senior role partners with the President & CEO to shape strategy, drive demand, and deliver profitable growth across consumer, retail, and e-commerce channels.
You will lead digital initiatives, packaging, and content while aligning with Sales, Product Development, and Operations to turn insights into market-winning go-to-market plans.
