Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Breast Sonographer to provide high-quality breast ultrasound imaging and support diagnostic and interventional procedures. In this PRN role, you will perform targeted and screening breast ultrasounds, assist radiologists with biopsies, and accurately document findings in the medical record. You will ensure patient comfort and safety, follow infection control and regulatory standards, and collaborate closely with technologists, nurses, and radiologists. Working in our patient-centered, collaborative environment, you’ll access advanced imaging technology, ongoing education, and opportunities to grow across our Georgia care sites.
