Our cutting-edge technologies utilize industry-leading AI and automation to accelerate the research and development process, revolutionizing the way our partners bring new products to market.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager / Representative to drive sales of our solid-state chemistry solutions. This role plays a key part in shaping our solid-state chemistry offerings, supporting team success, and contributing to XtalPi's strategic growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual sales targetsProactively prospect and qualify leads through outreach, industry events, and client meetingsPrepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations aligned with client scientific goalsNegotiate contracts and pricing, clearly articulating the value of our servicesMaintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular engagementQualificationsMaster's degree or above in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related fieldStrong soft skills, including resilience, execution capability, proactive attitude, and self-motivationPrior sales or customer-facing experience preferred; solid-state chemistry experience is a strong plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex scientific conceptsWillingness to travel across the US/Canada, Europe, and APACLocationUnited States (California preferred)Hybrid or fully remote, with travel to conferences, client sites, and company offices.
