Summary
We are seeking a C#.NET Developer with more than 5 years of experience to join a collaborative, fast-paced development team (reporting to the development manager). This is a direct-hire opportunity with significant potential for growth and impact. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment that values practical, business-focused solutions over perfectionism. The role will begin fully onsite (for the first 6 months) to integrate closely with the team and business stakeholders. Remote flexibility may be available after that period based on performance.

Responsibilities
30% – Maintain and enhance existing legacy applications (bug resolution and support).
70% – Develop new applications and features using modern technologies and best practices.
Collaborate with business users, including operations and warehouse teams, to deliver functional, impactful solutions.
Participate in daily standups and Agile-style workflow (user stories, Asana for requirements tracking).
Requirements
5+ years of .NET (C#) back-end development experience.
Solid understanding of API development and integration.
SQL Server expertise.
Working knowledge of Angular.
Ability to work in mid-sized, fast-moving environments (not a large enterprise).
Pragmatic, business-oriented mindset—comfortable iterating quickly and moving across projects.
