Job description
Panera General Manager leads a popular neighborhood bakery-cafe, owning accountability for the cafe's success by making key decisions and solving problems. You will foster Panera's warmth, belonging, growth, and trust with your team.
As GM, you'll hire, train, and develop staff, manage staffing and schedules, coach performance, and drive hospitality, safety, and profitability while maintaining Panera's high standards.
