Job description
La Madeleine French Bakery & Café is seeking a General Manager to lead daily café operations with a guest-first mindset. You will coach a diverse team, manage labor and food costs, and drive store performance through strong leadership and a focus on hospitality.
You’ll partner with local marketing and store leadership to grow community relationships and ensure memorable guest experiences while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and timeliness.
