Work Schedule: Shifts available:
Sunday -Thursday ... 8am-4:30pm
Tuesday - Saturday ... 9am-5:30pm
Monday - Friday ... 7-3:30pm

About The Company:
Addison Group is seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative to join a well-established distribution organization. This position is part of a customer-focused team that works closely with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure orders are handled accurately and efficiently.
Job Description:
This is a great opportunity for a customer service professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment. The Associate Customer Service Representative will handle incoming customer requests, assist with orders, provide updates on shipments, and help resolve account or product-related issues. The position is contract-to-hire with the opportunity to transition into a long-term role.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a steady volume of incoming customer calls and provide professional, solutions-oriented assistance
Input new orders and make updates to existing orders using an ERP system
Research order and shipment information and communicate status updates to customers
Assist customers with questions related to returns, billing, credits, invoices, and account information
Serve as an initial resource for general product and order inquiries
Investigate order issues and work toward timely resolutions
Prepare and process customer documentation, including credit and debit memos
Assist with occasional credit card transactions and other account-related requests
Maintain accurate customer records and information across multiple systems
Consistently meet department service and productivity expectations
Provide additional administrative and customer support as needed
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of customer service experience within a call center environment
Background in distribution, manufacturing, or another product-focused environment is preferred
xavwley High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Teams
Previous CRM or ERP experience is a plus
SAP experience is highly desirable
Experience using chat-based customer support tools is a plus
Strong computer skills with the ability to work between multiple applications
Training will be provided on internal systems, procedures, and products
