Job description
Johnson & Johnson in New Jersey is seeking a CAR-T Manufacturing Supervisor for 1st shift (Sun–Wed, bi-weekly Sun–Thu) to lead a dedicated Processing Manufacturing Unit in Raritan. You will shepherd daily production tasks, ensure cGMP and safety compliance, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Quality to drive continuous improvement in cell therapy manufacturing.
