Job description
Radiant Express Car Wash in Wisconsin is seeking a General Manager to lead a guest-first team in a fast-paced express wash environment. You will hire, train, and develop staff, build relationships with guests, and drive profitability through operational excellence and targeted marketing efforts.
Safety is top priority as you manage payroll, scheduling, deposits, and inventory, while promoting growth opportunities through RECW’s Manager-in-training program and internal promotions.
