Job description
Radiant Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to lead a guest-first team in a fast-paced express wash setting. You will drive operational excellence, build a top-line sales focus, and hire, train, and develop staff while maintaining safety and quality standards.
You will develop marketing plans, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure high-quality, friendly guest experiences while promoting from within and growing the business in new locations.
