Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Diploma completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: - Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree (ASN).
Unit Details: - Left and right diagnostic and interventional heart caths, pacemaker and AICD implants, loop recorders, Impellas, balloon pumps, TEEs, cardioversions, and tilt tables. - STEMI patients. - Peripheral IV access. - Uses IV pumps, groin and radial sheaths, Impellas, balloon pumps, IVUS, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, Zoll monitor, and hemodynamic system.
Shift & Scheduling: - Mon-Fri. - STEMI call minimum of one day a week and every 4th weekend.
Special Requests: - Must stay within 30 minutes of facility.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
