Job description
TriStar Health is seeking a Cardiac Nephrology MedSurg RN to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients with complex cardiac and renal conditions. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, interpret cardiac and renal monitoring data, and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans. You will educate patients and families on disease management, collaborate closely with physicians and allied health teams, and uphold strict safety, infection control, and documentation standards in a fast-paced MedSurg environment.
