Job description
Seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Cardiologist with a focus in Congestive Heart Failure to join our growing cardiovascular program. This physician will play a key role in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals with complex heart failure conditions while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.

nKey Responsibilities
nnProvide inpatient and outpatient care for patients with congestive heart failure and related cardiovascular conditions
nManage and treat complex CHF cases, including advanced heart failure therapies (as applicable)
nCollaborate with interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac imaging, and primary care teams
nParticipate in multidisciplinary heart failure rounds and care planning
nInterpret and utilize diagnostic studies including echocardiograms, stress testing, and cardiac imaging
nContribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based care pathways
nProvide patient and family education on disease management, prevention, and lifestyle modification
nParticipate in call rotation as assigned

nnMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
nCompletion of an ACGME-accredited Cardiology Fellowship
nFellowship training or significant experience in Heart Failure preferred
nBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
nEligible for or currently holding Colorado medical licensure
nStrong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
