Job description
Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care. You will use the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions, and collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to plan and implement patient care.
Additional duties may be assigned within scope. The role requires active RN licensure; BSN preferred, with standard healthcare facility expectations for patient safety
